Lie To Me – Vera Blue
I had the absolute privilege of seeing the incredible Vera Blue this past weekend. What made the show even more special was that she was backed by the Brisbane Symphonic Orchestra. There’s just something so magical about hearing songs reimagined in this way; it truly elevates them, giving them a very cinematic feel. This is the second concert now where I’ve seen someone back by a full orchestra. I won’t say who the other artist was, as I’ll probably lose what little street cred I have. LOL
